I highly recommend Moe’s Auto Center! After my Volkswagen Atlas was involved in an accident, I was worried about the repairs, but their team did an incredible job. Absolutely outstanding experience at Moe’s Auto Center. The communication was excellent from start to finish, and they kept me updated every step of the way. I went in for a catalyst converter change the job was done professionally, quickly, and with real attention to detail. You can tell the team has a lot of experience and takes pride in their work. I’m leaving a review because I’ve given this shop too many chances and each time theres an additional issue so for those looking to have their car repaired, kindly take a minute to read my review. Car: 2022 lexus nx 350 premium Issue: bumper, grill and sensor Time for completion:1.5 months I own a 2022 lexus nx 350 and originally i came in for an accident with the front bumper, sensor and grill damaged. Original quote was 1500-2000$, final payment through insurance was 3200$ out of pocket (red flag). I wouldnt mind paying a premium if it was a premium service which means timely communication of the repair process + priority placed on the repair + quality job. Out of the three none were achieved. One week gone by, no communication for its status, id text and call but get ignored frequently (i got the call logs as proof). The repair was completed approximately one month after it was turned in. After getting my car back i saw how poor of a quality they fitted the bumpers, not only that but the sensor they originally ordered was faulty so they had to reorder the part + 15 days. Again, days go by and no communication for estimated time of arrival and what not. I bring the car back a

I have been writing this review for a long time because I wanted to make sure I truly captured how grateful I am. I want to thank Mo’s Shop from the bottom of my heart again for the incredible work they did on my Porsche Boxster. They replaced the shocks and installed a brand-new starter, and the difference is night and day. I have been driving the car for couple of weeks now and the car rides smoother, feels more solid, and starts perfectly every time. It’s not easy to find a shop you can fully trust, especially when you’ve put so much time and effort into your car. Mo’s Shop treated my car with care, professionalism, and honesty from start to finish. You can tell they take real pride in their work and stand behind what they do.
